  Unfortunately, we are not able to offer expedited shipping outside the US at this time.

• Can I pick up my Porch Potty order instead of shipping it?

  Unfortunately, no. Our warehouses are not equipped to do customer pick up. We can only support shipping at this time.

• Does the shipping include a customs fee?

  No, the shipping cost does not include customs. You will be charged the fee for international shipping, separately by the customs of your country.

• Do you have any dealers or stores where I can purchase the Porch Potty?

  We would love to, but at this time we only offer the Porch Potty online.

• How long does shipping normally take?

  We ship all Porch Potties within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Shipments from our Canada-based warehouse have an estimated transit time of 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delays of up to 1 week can occur from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances.
